Kimberly Clotman founded Agency Resource Consulting (ARC) Group in 2016 following a decades long successful career in both agency account leadership and biopharmaceutical marketing management.
After over 20 years of being on both sides of the pitch process – witnessing the good, bad and the truly terrible – ARC Group was conceived with the simple idea of supporting clinical-stage organizations gearing up for commercialization by helping them identify, select, onboard and retain the optimal agency partner.
Leveraging Kimberly’s breadth of experience from field sales to market research to both brand and agency account management, ARC Group provides in-house brand and marketing support to clinical and commercial stage organizations through the planning and execution of project-based deliverables.
Kimberly brings the perfect blend of sales and marketing expertise, as well as advertising agency senior leadership experience. Her crucial insights have led her teams to produce award-winning work and marketers appreciate that she has lived in their shoes and understands what they need and how to deliver on it.
